高职院校如何提高教学管理水平的思考

为了进一步促进高职院校教学管理工作的科学化、规范化,提高教学管理水平、教学质量和办学效益,保证人才培养目标的实现,高职院校应不断改变培养学生的思路与管理方法。本文从规范教学管理制度、提升教学管理队伍素质、进一步推行院系两级管理模式等方面进行了探讨,创新教学管理方法,顺应高职教育的发展趋势,提高教学质量,实现高职院校的良性发展。

In order to further promote the scientific and standardized teaching management in higher vocational colleges, improve the level of teaching management, teaching quality and teaching efficiency and ensure the achievement of the goals of talents cultivation, higher vocational colleges should change their idea of student cultivation and management methods. From standardizing teaching management system, improving the professional quality of the teaching management, and further promoting school-department two-level management model and so on, this article proposes to innovate the teaching management method, conform to the trend of the development of the higher vocational education and improve the quality of teaching so as to realize the benign development of the higher vocational colleges.
