通过理论阐述、模型的建立与运算、数据的深入分析挖掘等手段方法,打破了人们以往对于最低工资标准的设定对于劳动报酬的一般意义上的理解和认识,得出了一个出人意料却又合情合理的论证结果——最低工资标准的设定对劳动报酬产生的影响是微乎其微的,而真正改变劳动报酬的是政府在国民收入分配、尤其是二次分配中所起的决定性作用。

In this paper, through theoretical analy- sis, model establishment and operation, data analysis of mining methods, break the people for the past, the minimum wage standard setting for understanding the labor remuneration of the general meaning, the influ- ence of the argument -- the minimum wage standard re- sults a beyond all expectations and be perfectly logi- cal and reasonable setting of the produce of labor re- muneration is very little, but the real change of labor remuneration is the government in the distribution of national income, especially the decisive role in the two distribution.
