近些年来,我国光伏产业发展迅速,同时也面临着严峻的问题。作为战略性新兴产业,光伏产业在发展过程中得到了政府大力支持。文章通过对光伏产业发展过程中,中央政府和地方政府之间的博弈分析,试图从政府行为的角度为我国光伏产业的健康发展提供有效的建议。

In recent years, the photovoltaic indus- try has developed rapidly in our country, at the same time,it also faces a serious problem, such as the market supply, high dependence on the international market. and high photovoltaic application technology barriers. As a strategic emerging industry, photovoltaic indus- try must get great government support in the process of development. By researching the government＇s behavior during the photovoltaic industry development with the game analysis between central and local government, we try to provide effective suggestions for the healthy development of photovoltaic industry in China from the perspective of the government behavior.
