摘要
为实现铁矿石烧结过程二恶英(PCDD/Fs)高效低成本的控制技术,研究了硫脲对PCDD/Fs的抑制作用。硫脲添加量分别为0.05%、0.1%、0.5%时,PCDD/Fs排放浓度及毒性当量(TEQ)比未添加硫脲时(20.70ng/kg,0.272 ng TEQ/kg)分别减少了38.84%(67.63%)、47.83%(72.61%)、77.58%(76.46%),添加量为0.5%时减排率最大。硫脲加入烧结料前后,PCDD/Fs的排放始终以PCDFs为主,硫脲的抑制作用主要体现在对"从头合成"反应的抑制。TEQ最大贡献物始终是23478-P5CDF。
In order to realize a cost-efficient control technology of dioxin emission from iron ore sintering process , the inhibition effect of thiourea on PCDD /Fs was studied.The results showed that the yield of PCDD /Fs (TEQ) decreased 38.84% (67.63%), 47.83%(72.61%), 77.58% (76.46%) when 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.5% thiourea was add-ed into iron ore, compared to the generation without thiourea addition (20.70 ng/kg,0.272 ng TEQ/kg).The maxi-mal reduction was observed with 0.5% thiourea addition.The homologue patterns of PCDD /Fs were always dominated by PCDFs during these experiments, and the inhibitor influences on the de novo synthesis reactions .23478-P5 CDF was always the biggest contributor to TEQ of PCDD /Fs.
