针对辊式磨煤机经常出现的出力下降、电耗升高,入口风压高,石子煤量大,排渣中带煤等问题进行了讨论,提出了相应的解决办法,供电厂磨煤机专业人员参考。

Several ever-present issues of medium-speed roller mills were discussed, which mainly included the increase of power consumption rate while the decrease of the mill ＇s maximum capacity, the abnormally high pressure at the mill inlet, the increased release of pebble coal , and the higher proption of coal in the pebble coal , et al.On the basis of discussion, solutions for the issues were suggested , which were expected to help the personnel engaged in the profession of medium-speed roller mills.
