摘要
基于LTCC工艺技术,分析并设计了一款改进型Ka波段宽带带状线耦合器,耦合器采用两个8.34dB带状线耦合器级联实现,并用调谐电容片和弧形带状线改善隔离度与回波损耗。利用三维电磁场分析软件HFSS对耦合器三维结构进行了建模仿真和分析改进。结果表明,该耦合器的回波损耗和隔离度在17.7~29.0GHz都大于20dB。
Based on the LTCC technology, a modified Ka broadband stripline coupler was designed, that was composed of two cascaded 8.34 dB stripline couplers, and tuning capacitance and arc stripline were used to improve isolation and return loss. Coupler three-dimensional structure was to model simulation and to analyze for improving by software HFSS. Results show that the all of return loss and isolation in 17.7-29.0 GHz is greater than 20 dB.
