摘要
对于医疗损害的概念,目前国内学界存在较大争议。作者通过对国内医疗损害概念进行梳理,认为医疗损害应当包括无过错医疗损害和有过错医疗损害,并分别对无过错医疗损害和有过错医疗损害的特点进行了分析。
It has great gaps on medical damage concept in China. Based on literature review on medical damage concept, it shows that medical damage can divide into medical damage with faults and medical damage without fault and the characters are also discussed respectively.
