摘要
为了避免整流罩传统落压成形带来的起皱等成形缺陷,提出了整流罩拉深成形方法。阐述了拉深成形原理和特点,分析了目标整流罩的结构特点,建立了整流罩镜像拉深有限元模型,并对刚性压边和柔性压边两种压边方式下整流罩拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟,结果表明:刚性压边时,整流罩发生破裂;柔性压边时,在合适的压边力作用下,整流罩成形质量良好。整流罩拉深成形实验结果验证了数值模拟的正确性。
The deep drawing method of fairing was proposed in order to avoid forming defects such as wrinkle in traditional drop compacting forming. The principle and character of deep drawing were elaborated, the structural character of desired fairing was analyzed, the finite element model of symmetrical deep drawing of fairing was set up, and the numerical simulations of deep drawing process for fairing with rigid blank-holder and flexible blank-holder were carried out. The results show that the fairing cracks in the case of rigid blank-holder, and the fairing has good forming quality when the blank-holder force is appropriate in the case of flexible blank-holder. The deep drawing experiment of fairing verified the correctness of numerical simulation.
