摘要
介绍了发动机推力室头部焊接工艺方案的分析优化过程,分析了推力室头部非对称结构及应力变形特点,明确了反变形及焊接顺序等控制方案,攻克了焊接可达性难题。并最终制定了成熟工艺方案,将头部面板平面度和喷嘴间隙的变形量控制在微米的范围,有效地解决了推力室头部装配、焊接生产的工艺技术难题。
The optimal process of welding technique of the thrust chamber head of LOX/LH_2 rocket engine was introduced. Asymmetric structures for thrust chamber and the peculiarity of stress distortion were analysed. The control program on reversible deformation and welding order was brought forward. The difficult problem of welding accessibility was solved. A well-rounded program that flatness of porous plate and nozzle clearance are controlled in micron rank was established. The difficult problem of setting up and welding about the thrust chamber head was solved in effect.
