摘要
通过对近6年来阀门内部出现多余物的情况进行分析,认为箭体阀门多余物主要在设计、零件制造、装配、试验和测试五个环节产生。结合箭体阀门的特点,提出五个环节全过程多余物预防和控制措施。
This paper analyzes the information of the internal foreign object debris of the valve in the past six years. It appears that the foreign object debris in projectile body valve extra produced primarily in the design, parts manufacturing, assembly, experiment and test five links. Combined with the characteristics of the projectile body valve, it proposed the whole process of foreign object debris prevention and control measures in the five links.
