摘要 目的调查低年资护士的共情能力并分析其影响因素。方法采用临床护士共情能力测评量表、工作环境评价量表、护士工作满意度调查表和同事支持量表对220名工作5年以内的护士进行共情能力的调查分析。结果低年资护士的共情能力总分为(71.00±6.32)分,影响年轻护士共情能力的主要因素是工作环境、工作满意度和同事支持(P<0.01)。结论低年资护士共情能力水平偏低,护理管理者应积极采取有效措施改善工作环境、增加管理者及同事的支持度和护士的满意度,以提高低年资护士的共情能力。 Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of empathy in junior nurses. Methods Totally,220 junior nurses were in- vestigated with the Empathy Ability Scale of Clinical Nursing Staff, Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale, Organizational Environment Questionnaire, and the Support Scale of Colleague were used to investigate. Results Total score of junior nurses" empathy ability was (71.00 ± 6.32) ,working environment, support of colleague and job satisfaction were the influencing factors of junior nurses'empathy ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The level of empathy ability of junior nurses is low. Nurse admin- istrators should take measures to improve working environment, support of administrators and colleagues to improve junior nurses' empathy.
