高职护生临床学习环境的研究进展

Research progress on higher vocational nursing students ' clinical learning environment

文章介绍了国内外高职护生临床学习环境的研究工具及相关研究现状,并提出了增加高职护生临床学习的机会、重视护理教学氛围建设的建议,希望可以为广大护理教育者及管理者改善临床学习环境、提高护生临床学习效果提供理论依据。

This article introduced the research tools of vocational nursing students＇clinical learning environment and relative study progress, gave some sug- gestions of increasing chances for vocational nursing students and paying more attention to the construction of nursing teaching atmosphere, for hope of providing theoretical evidence for nursing educators and managers to promote clinical learning environment and to enhance clinical clerkship effect.
