糖尿病母亲分娩的足月新生儿血糖监测及喂养时间模式的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病母亲分娩的足月新生儿喂养时间及血糖监测关系的模式。方法将2012年7月至2014年2月的168例由妊娠合并糖尿病的孕妇分娩的足月新生儿分为实验组和对照组,各84例,实验组出生后12h内每次喂奶前监测指尖血糖,12-24h每两次喂奶前监测指尖血糖;对照组出生后12h内监测血糖每2h一次,12-24h监测血糖每4h一次,比较两组发现新生儿低血糖的概率。结果实验组共发现低血糖190次,低血糖新生儿50例;对照组发现低血糖116次,低血糖新生儿34例,实验组较对照组发现低血糖的概率高。结论相比定时监测血糖,喂奶前舱测血糖有助于糖尿病母亲分娩的新牛儿低血糖的发现.可降低新生儿低血糖相关并发症的发牛率。 Objective To investigate the relationship of blood glucose monitor time and feeding time of mature neonates with diabetic mothers. Methods Totally, 168 mature neonates of diabetic mothers from July 2012 to February 2014 were recruited into the study and divided into test group (n = 84) and control group (n = 84). In the test group, blood glucose was tested before every feeding in the first 12 hours after birth, and every 2 feeding in the next 12 hours. In the control group, the blood glucose was tested every 2 hours in the first 12 hours after birth, and every 4 hours in the next 12 hours. The detection rate of hypoglycemia in two groups were compared. Results One hundred and ninty times and 50 neonates of hypoglycemia were founded in the test group, while 116 times and 32 neonates in the control group. The detection rate of hypoglycemia in test group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Blood glucose test before feeding may find out more hypoglycemia than test at regular time among mature neonate of diabetic mothers, which may reduce the incidence of complications caused by hypoglycemia.
