摘要 目的通过采用PDCA持续改进肝癌介入术后动脉压迫止血器使用方法,以期减少因动脉压迫止血器致皮肤损害的发生率,减轻患者痛苦。方法选取肝癌介入术后使用动脉压迫止血器患者305例,应用PDCA循环缩短压迫时间、建立皮肤损害高危评估机制,评估患者局部皮肤损害情况。结果通过PDCA持续改进,动脉压迫器所致患者皮肤损害的发生率降低(P<0.01)。结论缩短动脉压迫止血器压迫时间、实施皮肤破损高危评估基本解决了介入术后动脉压迫止血器致皮肤损害的问题,在发现、解决护理问题中起到推动作用。 Objective By using PDCA to continuously improve the use of artery compressor after intervention operation of liver cancer, so as to reduce the incidence of skin damage caused by artery compressor and reduce patients'pain. Methods Totally,305 liver cancer patients after intervention operation were re- cruited. PDCA was applied to shorten compression time, establish skin damage risk assessment mechanism and assess skin damage. Results The incidence of skin damage was reduced after using PDCA continuous improvement( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Shortening compression time and establishing skin damage risk assessment can reduce the incidence of skin damage caused by artery compressor after operation, and piny a promoting role in discovering and solving nursint~ oroblems.
