冠心病监护室实施专职夜班排班方式对患者满意度的影响

Influence of full- time night shift scheduling mode on patient satisfaction in CCU

目的探讨冠心病监护室实施专职夜班排班方式对患者满意度的影响。方法16名护士专职夜班，除主班、辅助班、心电监护班外其余10名护士专职白班，每1～2个月轮换。结果患者责任护士和优质护理知晓率（P〈0．01）以及患者满意度均提高（P〈0．05）；护士对排班模式的满意度提高（P〈0．05）。结论实施专职夜班排班方式落实了责任制护理，改善了护患关系，提高了患者满意度和护士满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of full - time night shift schednling mode on improving patient satisfaction in CCU. Methods Sixteen nurses were arranged for full - time night shift and ten nurses were arranged for full - time day shift. The scheduling mode was changed one to two months. Results Af- ter implementation, patients knowledge of their primary nurses （ P 〈 0.01 ） and patient satisfaction were both improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and nurse satisfaction to scheduling mode also improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implementing full - time night shift can ensure the implementation of primary nursing system, improve nurse -patient relationship, and increase patient and nurse satisfaction.
