药学监护对肿瘤患者的影响分析

Analysis of Influence of Pharmaceutical Care on Tumor Patients

目的:探讨药学监护对肿瘤患者用药依从性、给药规范性等方面的影响。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年2月我院住院肿瘤患者140例,根据是否接受药学监护将患者分为观察组(75例)和对照组(65例),比较两组患者干预4个月后用药依从性、住院费用、时间及不良反应发生率。结果:两组化疗方案给药规范性方面差异无统计学意义;观察组平均住院费用和时间均少于对照组,化疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肿瘤患者实施药学监护,是提高用药依从性、降低不良反应发生率、提高患者生活质量的有效手段。

Objective：To investigate the influence of pharmaceutical care on the medication compliance of patients with tumor,and on the normalization of drug administration,etc.Methods：About 140 patients with tumor selected during January of 2012 - February of 2013 in our hospital were divided into observation group（75 cases）and control group（65 cases）according to whether or not accepting the pharmaceutical care. The two groups were compared after 4 months’ intervention for the medication compliance,the cost and duration of hospitalization,and adverse reaction incidence. Results：No significant difference between the two groups was showed in chemotherapy administration normative. The average cost and duration of hospitalization of observation group was lower than control group and the chemotherapy compliance was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01）. The incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of pharmaceutical care to cancer patients is an effective means to improve their medication compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
