我国医药分开的试行模式与意义探讨

Exploration of the Trial Mode and Significance of Separation of Clinic from Pharmacy in China

医药分开是公立医院体制改革的重点,但在我国尚处于试验阶段,没有明确和统一的规定。本文分析我国试行的几种医药分开模式和案例,比较改建模式、托管模式和剥离模式的成效与不足,并在目前医疗体制改革的环境下提出相应的对策,为我国医院体制改革提出建议。

Separation of clinic from pharmacy is the key point in medical system reform of public hospital,however,it is still at an experimental stage in China without specific and unified provisions. In this paper several modes and cases of separation of clinic from pharmacy were discussed which were carried out on a trial basis. The effects and deficiencies of the modes were compared and analyzed such as rebuilding mode,trusteeship mode and stripping mode. The corresponding countermeasures under the current environment of medical system reform were put forward so as to provide advices for the hospital system reform.
