甲硝唑联用头孢曲松后饮酒致双硫仑样反应1例

One Case of Disulfiram-like Reaction Induced by the Combined Use of Metronidazole and Ceftriaxone after Drinking

1例呼吸道感染合并牙龈肿痛患者,在甲硝唑联用头孢曲松治疗期间饮酒后出现头痛、头晕、心悸、恶心、呕吐、晕倒等双硫仑样反应,经地塞米松、纳洛酮及其他对症治疗后症状缓解。

One patient with respiratory tract infection and gingival swelling and pain got disulfiram-like reactions after drinking during the treatment by the combined use of metronidazole and ceftriaxone,the reactions included headache, dizziness,palpitation,nausea,vomiting and faint,etc. The symptoms were relieved after the symptomatic treatment was given with dexamethasone and naloxone.
