摘要
目前高血压患病率呈上升趋势,而血压的升高往往伴随着心血管疾病发病风险的增高。制定和定期更新高血压防治指南能有效推动高血压治疗水平的提高。本文回顾近3年发表的指南,对降压策略进行初步审视与展望。
Hypertension patients are often accompanied with higher cardiovascular risk. To develop and regularly update guidelines for hypertension can effectively improve the treatment of hypertension and reduce the cardiovascular risk. This paper reviews the latest guidelines published within three years, and discusses the treatment strategies of hypertension.
