摘要
目的探讨虫草活力素的抗肿瘤及增强免疫的作用。方法接种动物或人体肿瘤后虫草活力素联合放化疗,计算抑瘤率、合并效应或生命延长率;制备脾细胞悬液,进行免疫学试验,计算免疫指标促进率;环磷酰胺造模后连续给药24 d,计算白细胞数改变值。结果虫草活力素与化疗药联用对小鼠肝癌、肺癌和肉瘤、人体乳腺癌和肺癌的生长抑制和生命延长均有不同程度的作用;对荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有明显的促进作用;对小鼠白细胞降低有明显的治疗作用,疗效好于单独用药。结论虫草活力素具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫、联合放化疗增效及抗白细胞减少等作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor and immuno-stimulating activity of Chongcaohuolisu. Methods The test animal was administrated with different dosage of Chongcaohuolisu alone or in combination with either chemotherapy or radiation. The anti-tumor activity, survival time and immune system level were evaluated. The leukocyte count was measured after cytoxan treatment. Results After administration of Chongcaohuolisu alone or in combine with either chemotherapy or radiation, the anti-tumor activity, the extended survival time, and the promoted immune system and leukocyte in vivo were observed. Conclusion Chongcaohuolisu combined with chemotherapy/radiation has anti-tumor activity and can enhance immuno-function and benefit to leucopenia of cytoxan.
