链接分析视角下国内NGO网站综合影响力评价研究

Evaluation on the Influence of Non-Government Organization Websites in China Based on Link Analysis

捅要非政府组织（NGO）作为一项重要的组织创新和制度创新，引发了学界和业界的高度关注。从情报学的角度，目前对NGO网站综合影响力评价的研究还不多。本文以国内NGO网站为研究对象，以中国发展简报提供的NGO名录为二手数据来源，根据Alexa流量排名及网站反链数，选取其中的91个NGO网站作为样本数据，并采用基于EM算法的聚类分析将其分为4类：妇女儿童组织、社会建设组织、环境动物保护与公共健康组织和社会扶助组织。然后利用链接分析方法收集相关数据，并通过Gephi软件将其可视化。在此基础上本文采用灰色关联分析的方法对这91家网站的综合影响力进行评价。最后，本文结合国内NGO网站链接结构和评价结果，从总体与子类别的角度深入分析我国NGO网站影响力现状及存在的问题，并提出相应的改进建议和策略。

As an important source of organization innovation and institutional innovation, Non-governmental organization （NGO）, which differs from commercial and governmental sectors, has aroused great attention from both academia and industry. From the information science perspective, so far very few studies have focused on the evaluation related issues about the influence of NGO websites. This study explores the websites of NGO in China. The NGO directory provided by the China Development Brief is employed as our data source. We select 91 NGO websites in China based on Alexa traffic rankings. With the EM algorithm-based clustering method, the paper divides 91 NGO websites into four categories, namely women and children, social construction, environment protection and public health, and social assistance. And then this paper evaluates the influence of these Websites by grey relational analysis based on link analysis view, and Gephi was adopted to illustrate the overall linking structure of NGO websites in China. Furthermore, according to the evaluation results, the paper presents an in-depth analysis of the status quo and problems on the influence of the NGO websites in China at both the macro and micro level, and puts forward some strategies and implications for improvement.
