信息平台结合家庭访视护理指导对早产儿健康影响的研究

THE EFFECT OF NURSING INSTRUCTION IN HOME VISIT ON THE HEALTH OF PREMATURE INFANTS

目的探讨社区卫生服务中早产儿家庭访视护理指导对早产儿健康的影响。方法采用随机对照实验设计,按出院顺序将200例社区出院存活早产儿随机分为2组,对照组严格按照《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》对早产儿进行家庭访视和护理指导,实验组在对照组的基础上增设信息平台,前瞻性观察对早产儿健康发育的影响。结果实验组早产儿在母乳喂养、常见疾病发生、正常体重情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息平台结合家庭访视护理指导,为早产儿提供个性化的护理模式和丰富的育婴信息,并能及时解决早产儿存在的问题,有利于早产儿的健康和发育。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing instruction in home visit on the health of prema-ture infants .Methods According to randomized？experimental design ,200 cases of premature infants were randomly divided into two groups .The contrast group received home visit and nursing instruction accord-ing to National Essential Public Health Service Specifications w hile the experimental group received the in-struction from information platform as well as home visit and nursing instruction to observe the effect on the health of premature infants .Results T here existed significant difference in the breast feeding ,the inci-dence of common disease and normal body weight of premature infants between the groups （ P ＆lt;0 .05） . Conclusion Nursing instruction in home visit and the information platform can provide personalized nursing care and rich infant care information ,solve problems in premature infants ,and is conducive to the health and development of premature infants .
