黄葵胶囊联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

CLINICAL EFFECT OF THE COMBINED USE OFABELMOSEHUS MOSCHATUS AND ALPROSTADIL ON DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

目的探讨黄葵胶囊联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性。方法 78例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成对照组和治疗组。两组均给予糖尿病基础治疗,对照组38例再给予前列地尔注射液静脉注射,10ug/日,治疗14d。治疗组40例在对照组基础上加用黄葵胶囊口服,治疗14d。治疗前后分别检查24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TCG)。结果两组治疗后尿蛋白定量均有下降,与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组尿蛋白下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄葵胶囊联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病疗效好,不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the combined use of abelmosehus moschatus and alprostadil to treat diabetic nephropathy .Methods 78 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group ,with 38 cases in the contrast group and 40 cases in the treatment group .After the two groups were giv-en basic treatment ,the contrast group was given intra-venous injection of alprostadil ,10ug/day for 14 days .＆amp;nbsp;The treatment group was given abelmosehus moschatus in addition to alprostadil for 14 days .The 24-hour contents of urine protein ,SCr ,BUN ,TG and TCG were determined before and after treatments .Results The content of urinary protein was significantly decreased in both groups after treatments when compared with those before treatment （ P〈0 .05） ,and the content of urine protein decreased more significantly in the treatment groupt（ P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion The combined use of abelmosehus moschatus and alprostadil can produce good curative effect ,cause few adverse reactions and has high safety .
