摘要
目的:探究适宜宜兴产区黄蜀葵生长发育的大量元素(N、P、K)施肥配比及不同施肥处理对黄蜀葵鲜花产量与药材质量的影响。方法:采用"3414"施肥方案设计,统计鲜花产量;采用高效液相色谱法测定黄蜀葵花中指标性成分含量;浓H2SO4-H2O2消解,以连续流动分析仪测全N,钒钼黄比色法测全P,火焰分光光度法测K。结论:适宜黄蜀葵生长发育的施肥配比应为N(N2P1K1)处理:尿素97.8 kg·hm-2,过磷酸钙187.5 kg·hm-2,氯化钾37.5 kg·hm-2。
Objective: To explore suitable elements (N, P, K)fertilization ratio for Abelmoschus manihot growth in YiXing area and the effects of different fertilization treatments on yield and quality of A. manihot flowers. Methods: Using "3414" fertilizer scheme to statistic yield of flowers, the index components were determined by HPLC method for the determination of A. manihot. Using H2SO4-H2O2 to digest samples and analyzing total contents of N with CFA( Continuous Flow Analyzer), measuring totalp with method of vanadium molybdenum yellow colorimetry and K measured by flame spectrophotometry. Conclusion : The suitable fertilizer ratio for the growth and development of A. manihot should be treatment N (N2P1K1 )and added to the test chemical fertilizer are urea 97.8 kg" hm-2, superphosphate 187.5 kg.hm-2, potassium chloride 37.5 kg·hm-2.
