口腔颌面部烧伤畸形采用自体皮瓣移植治疗的疗效分析

Effects Analysis of Autologous Skin Flap Transplantation on Treating Oral and Maxillofacial Burns Deformity

目的：探讨口腔颌面部烧伤畸形采用不同自体皮瓣移植的效果。方法：口腔颌面部烧伤畸形患者42例根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各21例，都采用自体皮瓣移植治疗，对照组皮瓣来自左大腿，治疗组皮瓣来自左前臂。结果：治疗组的皮瓣成活率为95．2％，对照组为85．7％，治疗组的皮瓣成活率稍高于对照组（P＞0．05）。经过观察，治疗组的疼痛、外貌、吞咽、咀嚼、语言高于对照组，但是对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：自体皮瓣修复口腔颌面部烧伤畸形是较好的手术方法，源自左大腿和左前臂皮瓣均具有较好疗效，值得推广。

Objective：To explore the effects of autologous skin flap transplantation on treating oral and maxillofacial burns deformity . Methods：42 cases oral and maxillofacial burns deformity patients were divided into treatment group and control group , with 21 cases in each group.All patients were treated with autologous skin flap transplantation .The skin flap of control group was derived from thigh , and that of treatment group was derived from left forearm .Results：The skin flap survival rate of treatment group was 95.2%, a little higher than that of control group （85.7%） （P〉0.05）.All of the symptoms of treatment group , including pain, appearance, swallowing, che-wing and language, behaved a little better than control group , but there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclu-sions：Autologous skin flap transplantation is a good choice to treat oral and maxillofacial burns deformity , and it is better to choose appro-priate skin flap according to patient＆#39;s condition.
