电针联合刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Electric Acupuncture Combined with Veneection and Ventouse on Perarthritis of Shoulder

目的：观察分析电针联合刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎的临床治疗效果。方法：选取从2013年3月～2014年3月收治的肩周炎患者共120例。随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组患者采用电针联合刺络拔罐治疗；对照组采用常规的电针治疗。结果：观察组的治疗有效率为88．3％，明显要比对照组的73．3％高，2组患者对比有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）。并且观察组的治愈率为15．0％，明显比对照组的6．7％高，2组患者对比有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：电针联合刺络拔罐能够有效提高肩周炎的治疗有效率，取得满意的治疗效果。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of electric acupuncture combined with veneection and ventouse on per -arthritis of shoulder .Methods：120 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The control group was treated with e-lectric acupuncture and the observation group added with veneection and ventouse .Results：The total effective rate in observation t group was88.3%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%, and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclu-sion：electric acupuncture combined with veneection and ventouse has good and reliable effect on per -arthritis of shoulder .
