摘要
本文采用交流阻抗谱(EIS)、极化曲线、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)和能谱图测试分析了铜包钢在不同pH值的土壤溶液中的腐蚀行为。研究结果表明:在不同pH值的土壤溶液中,土壤溶液的pH值越大,铜包钢越不容易腐蚀。在相同pH值的土壤溶液中,随着浸泡时间的延长,铜包钢电极的阻抗随之增加,达到某个最大值之后开始降低。在不同pH值的土壤溶液中铜包钢横截面腐蚀的主要部分是被包覆的碳钢。
The corrosion behavior of the copper clad steel in soil solution with different pH values were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), polarization curves, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy spectra. The results showed that the greater the pH values of the soil solution, the less the copper clad steel were susceptible to corrosion. The impedance of copper clad steel electrode increased and reached to a certain maximum first, then declined as soaking time increasing in soil solution under the same pH values. The major part of the corrosion of copper clad steel is coated carbon steel in soil solution with different pH values.
