本文叙述了作者运用经方治疗严重失眠的临床体会与心得,指出运用经方,关键是要着眼于经方的经典原文,注重方证辨证,尽量用原方原量,运用黄连阿胶汤治疗失眠,原方中的鸡子黄不可缺少;运用酸枣仁汤治疗失眠,酸枣仁一定要大剂量(仲景本源剂量)。

This paper describes the clinical experience on treating severe insomnia by applying classical prescription.The author point-ed out that the key of applying classical prescription was paying attention to the classic texts,prescription-syndrome differentiation,using the original prescription and the original amount.The Egg yolk was indispensable when Huang-lian-e-jiao formula was used for treatment of insomnia.Suan-zao-ren needed to in large dosage when Suan-zao-ren formula was used for treatment of insomnia.
