宫颈管内膜刮取术在宫颈病变诊断中的价值

Value of cervical curettage in the diagnosis of cervical lesions

目的对宫颈管内膜刮取术在宫颈病变诊断中的价值进行探讨。方法随机选取2011～2012年本院妇科门诊就诊的女性患者156例,术前均行阴道镜下宫颈活检＋宫颈管内膜刮取术,将结果与宫颈冷刀锥切术病理结果进行统计学比较分析。结果阴道镜下宫颈多点活检结合颈管搔刮术与宫颈冷刀锥切术结果一致率达96.8%,结果不存在显著差异（χ^2=3.25,P〉0.05）。结论术前宫颈管内膜刮取术病理级别与宫颈冷刀锥切术结果有良好的一致性,能够有效提高宫颈病变诊断的准确性,值得在临床中进一步开展应用。

Objective To explore the cervical curettage in the diagnosis of cervical le sions. MethodRandomly selected from 2011 to 2012 in our hospital outpatient visits of department of gynaecology of a total of 156 patients with women, preoperative cervical biopsy under colposcopy in cervical curettage, cervical cold knife cutting cone pathology results were compared and further analysis. Result Cervical multi-point biopsy under colposcopy combined with cervical curettage technique and cervical cold knife taper cutting results reached 96.8%, the results did not exist significant differences（χ^2=3.25, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cervical curettage pathological level cervical cold knife taper cutting operation and the results have good consistency, it can effectively improve the accuracy of cervical disease diagnosis, it is worth further application in clinical.
