The article choose the Yinchuan 801 Creative Industrial Park as an example,try to explore the possible problems we may face during the transformation and summarize defects of our design and operations management with the investigation of existing situation,and fix out the transformation strategy to deal with the defects from the angles of the transformation design itself,sociology and economics.
