摘要
从焊丝选择方式、焊接电流方式、电弧电压选择、焊丝干伸长选择四方面对CO2气体保护焊接工艺进行了分析,并对CO2气体保护焊接在钢结构制作工艺中焊枪、引弧与收弧以及焊缝处理方法作了阐述,为其推广应用提供了技术支持。
The paper analyzes CO2 gas shield protection welding technology from four aspects of welding stick selection,welding current method, arc voltage selection,welding stick prolong selection,and describes CO2 gas shield protection technology in steel structure fabrication,such as welding gun,arc starting and arc stopping and welding joints processing methods,which has provided some technology support for its application.
