房建施工中防渗漏施工技术的应用分析

Application analysis of anti-leakage construction technology in housing construction

通过对房屋建筑渗漏情况的调查,分析了房屋建筑出现渗漏的原因,着重对施工过程中外墙、屋面、门窗、厨卫的防渗漏施工技术进行了研究,并介绍了防渗漏施工的验收标准,从根本上确保防渗漏技术的有效性。

Through investigating housing leakage conditions,the paper analyzes housing leakage causes,mainly studies external wall,door and window,kitchen and toilet leakage preventing technology,and introduces anti-leakage construction examination criteria. As a result,it guarantees the efficiency of leakage-preventing technology.
