摘要
遵循清洁生产和循环经济的理念,对藤县钛白副产硫酸亚铁的综合利用进行了研究,通过实验确定了用硫酸亚铁混凝沉淀处理松脂加工废水的最佳条件,并指出处理后松脂加工废水的CODCr和SS浓度分别降到了585 mg/L和87 mg/L,去除率分别为79.46%和70.51%,CODCr基本达到了排入城镇污水管网的要求,可以实现以废治废,能产生较好的经济效益和环境效益。
Adhering to the cleaner production and circular economy,the paper undertakes the comprehensive utilities of ferric oxide with ferrous sulfate at Tengxian,identifies the optimal conditions for the processing of the water liquid by the precipitation of the rosin processing effluent, and points out the concentrations of CODCr and SS after the rosin processing effluent can be lowered by 585 mg/ L and 87 mg/ L with removal rates of 79. 46% and 70. 51% ,and points out CODCr reaches the requirements to be emitted into the urban drainage pipelines to realize the treatment of wastes with processes of wastes against one another and achieve better economic and environment effects.
