The paper analyzes and researches the common failures at the subway train ATC system,indicates the importance of the scientific prediction of its failure frequency,adopts Stata to undertake the sifting sort and data compilation of the failure records of Shanghai Subway,and has the scientific prediction of the failure frequency of ATC system by adopting Possion distribution model,so as to ensure the safety of subways.
