结合车站目前规章管理现状及存在的一系列问题,从车站、车间(站)、班组进行了逐级深入地分析,提出了强化技术规章管理知识培训、提高规章管理人员业务素质、研发高效规章目录网络管理软件、建立技术规章反馈奖励机制等改进措施。

Combining with the management present situation and existence of a series of problems of station present regulations,this paper made gradually in-depth analysis from station,workshop（station）,teams and groups,put forward to strengthen the technical regulations management knowledge training,improve the regulation management personnel professional quality,research efficient regulation directory network management software,establish technical regulations feedback incentives and other measures.
