中西医结合改善艾滋病合并肺部感染患者中医证候对比研究

Improvement of AIDS Patients Complicated with Pulmonary Infection by TCM Syndromes Dialectics Therapy

目的:探讨中西医结合改善艾滋病合并肺部感染患者中医证候的临床效果。方法:按照数字随机分组法将我院收治的92例艾滋病合并肺部感染患者均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者46例仅给予肺部感染常规西医综合治疗,实验组46例在此基础上给予中医治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1、2、3、4周后主要症状发生率及中医证候积分改善情况以及治疗4周后中医证候疗效。结果:实验组患者治疗4周后治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗1周后实验组胸痛、恶寒发热和但热不寒发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗2周后实验组不寐、喉中痰鸣、胸痛、恶寒发热和但热不寒发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗3周和4周后实验组喉中痰鸣、胸痛、恶寒发热和但热不寒发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组治疗1、2、3、4周后肺肾两亏型中医证候积分均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗艾滋病合并肺部感染能显著改善患者中医证候,疗效优于单纯西医治疗,尤其适用于肺肾两亏型患者。

Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after 4 weeks （ P〈0.05） ; The incidence rate of chest pain, fever with aversion to cold and fever without chill were lower than that of the control group after 1 weeks （ P〈0.05 ） ; The incidence rate of insomnia, gurgling with sputum, chest pain, fever with aversion to cold and fever without chill were lower than that of the control group after 2 weeks （P 〈0.05） ; The incidence rate of gurgling with sputum, chest pain, fever with aversion to cold and fever without chill were lower than that of the control group after 3 and 4 weeks （ P〈0.05 ） ; The deficiency of both the lung and the kidney TCM syndrome grade were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：It can improve the TCM syndrome by Chinese combined western medicine therapy to AIDS complicated with pulmonary infection syndrome, it has better efficacy than simple western medical treatment. It is especially applicable for the deficiency of both the lung and the kidney.
