Compilation of the Tianjin Geographic Information Features Data Dictionary,Part 2: 1 ∶ 10000

为推进"数字天津"地理空间框架建设,实现基础地理信息数据的共建共享,天津市测绘院依据国家标准,结合天津市基础测绘的实际经验,以实用性和可操作性为基本原则,编写天津市基础地理信息要素数据字典第二部分:1∶10 000。该标准的制定保证了基础地理信息数据的规范化和标准化,促进了图库一体化的实现,为地理信息公共服务平台、地理国情监测等的基础数据提供了技术保障。

To promote the ＂digital city＂ geospatial framework construction,sharing basic geographic information data, Tianjin Institute of Surveying and Mapping designs the Data dictionary for Tianjin-based geographical information- Part 2 ： Specifications for 1 ： 10000 maps. The basic principle for the designing is that the criterion must be available and has maneuverability, based on the correlative national criterions, combined practical experience of Tianjin Fundamen- tal Surveying and Mapping. The criterion ensures the standardization of basic geographic information data, promote the realization of an unified graphic database, and provide technical support for the basic data of geographic information of public service platform, geographical condition monitoring etc.
