摘要
以《福州市污染源管理及应急监测地理信息系统》的设计与建设为例,具体论述了如何利用地理信息系统GIS技术,结合城市基础电子地图数据和环保专题空间信息图层,设计和建设城市环保应用的地理信息系统,以提高城市环境监察、污染源分析、应急事故等工作的处置能力水平。
Based on the 《 Fuzhou city management and emergency monitoring of pollution sources of geographic information system》 of design and construction example, This paper discusses how to use the technology of geographic information system GIS, combined with the city basic electronic map data and environmental protection special spatial information layer,geographic information system design and construction of city environmental protection application ,in order to improve the city environment monitoring, pollution source analysis, accident emergency work disposal capacity level.
