摘要
随着日本农产品"地产地消"运动的开展,农协中央会正式提出以直销所为核心的"地产地消"发展战略,并实施直销所与地域加工企业联动的推进战略。通过对兵库六甲农协实施"地产地消"战略的经济效果进行实证分析,验证了直销所的运营不仅增加了生产者、消费者、雇佣劳动者和农协的收益,而且在地域内产生了生产诱发效果和雇佣诱发效果,有利于促进地域经济发展。
With the development of " local consumption" movement of agricultural products in Japan, NACF center officially presented the "local consumption" development strategy to the core of the Direct, and implemented the promotion strategies of the Direct linkage with the regional processing enterprise. The empirical analysis on the economic effects of implementation of the Hyogo Rokko NACF "local consumption" strategy had verified that the operations of the Direct not only increased earnings of producers, consumers, wage earners and Agricultural Association, but also produced production induced effects and employment induced effects in geographic area, which is conductive to promoting regional economic development.
