摘要
将硫酸粘杆菌素按照在畜禽实际用量(2~20 mg/kg)选择3个浓度(5 mg/kg、10 mg/kg、20 mg/kg)分别配制溶液,按照常规方法制备成药敏片,分别置于接有大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的普通琼脂板上,同时用标准药敏片庆大霉素、新霉素、强力霉素、盐酸环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、头孢曲松作对照,观察它们对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的抑菌效果.结果表明:①3个浓度的硫酸粘杆菌素对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌均高度敏感,并随药物浓度的增加抑菌圈也相应增大.②硫酸粘杆菌素对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的抑菌效果显著优于庆大霉素、新霉素、强力霉素、盐酸环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、头孢曲松等抗生素(P<0.05).
Choose three concentrations(5 mg/kg, 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg)of Colistin sulfate solutions, based on the dosage in livestock and poultry (2~20 mg/kg), and prepare three drug sensitive pieces and inoculate with Escherichia Coli and salmonella in ordinary AGAR plate. At the same time using the standard drug sensitive pieces of gentamicin, neomycin, doxycycline, ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, ofloxacin and ceftriaxone, also inoculatein with e. coli, salmonella in ordinary AGAR plate as a controlled trial. Under the same conditions, observe their bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coil and salmonella.. The results showed that ①3 concentrations of Colistin sulfate are all highly sensitive to e. coli and salmonella , and had better bacteriostatic effect with the increase of drug concentration. ②The bacteriostatic effect on E. coli and Salmonella of Colistin sulfate are significantly better than that of Gentamicin, Neomycin, Doxycycline, Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin hydrochloride, and Ceftriaxone (P〈 0.05).
