硒、锌和富啡酸配施对不同质地潮土紫花苜蓿产量及鲜干比的影响

摘要 采用池栽方式,以砂土、壤土、黏土三种质地潮土为主处理,以仅施氮磷钾(即对照,NPK),氮磷钾+富啡酸(NPK+FA),氮磷钾+复合微肥(锌和硒)(NPK+Zn+Se),氮磷钾+富啡酸+复合微肥(锌和硒)(NPK+FA+Zn+Se)等4个施肥处理为副处理的裂区试验,研究不同质地条件下施肥对紫花苜蓿鲜草产量及鲜干比的影响。结果表明三种质地条件下紫花苜蓿鲜草产量表现为:壤土>黏土>砂土,且均随茬次增加逐渐降低,以砂土条件下降幅最大。三种质地条件下,适量富啡酸均显著促进了苜蓿鲜重的增加,且均以富啡酸与硒、锌微肥配施效果最好。各茬均以砂土条件下苜蓿鲜干比最低,但各处理间差异不显著。 A pool--culture experiment with split plot design was carried out by cultivating alfalfa with different fertilizer rates in different textures of fluvo--aquic soil, then investigated the effects of different fertilizers and textures on forage yield and the FW/DW ratio of alfalfa. The main processing were sandy, loamy and clayey textures soil, the four auxiliary treatments were arranged as following: (1) CK (NPK), only applied N, P and K fertilizer; (2) NPK+FA, combined application N, P, K fertilizer and FA; (3) NPK+Zn+Se, combined application N, P, K fertilizer and micro-- element fertilizer Se, Zn ; (4) NPK+FA+Zn+Se, combined application N, P, K fertilizer, micro--element fertilizer Se, Zn and FA. All the fertilizer was applied as basal fertilizer. The results indicated that, the herbage yield showed loam 〉 clay 〉 sand in the same cutting time with same treatments. As alfalfa growth, cutting times had significant effect on herbage yield, the yield of the first cutting was the highest, then the second, the third was the lowest. Appropriate FA could significantly increase herbage yield of alfalfa with three soil textures, and the highest herbage yield was occurred in Se--Zn and FA combined application treatment. The ratio of fresh to dry weight of alfalfa in sandy soil was the lowest, but different treatments had less apparent effects on it.
