曲靖产业结构转换能力的区域差异分析

A Regional Comparative Analysis on Industrial Structure Transformation Capability of Yannan

以云南省曲靖市9个县市区为研究地域单元,在分析曲靖各县市区产业结构现状基础上,采用因子分析法对曲靖各县市区产业结构转换能力进行了评价,依照综合得分将曲靖各县市区产业结构能力分为强、较强、一般及差四组。提出不同水平的地区要因地制宜确定产业结构转换重点;优化产业内部结构;进行人力资本投资,提高劳动者素质;加大科研投入;坚持创新机制增强产业政策的稳定性及长效性,以促进区域产业结构转换能力的提升。

Based on nine counties of Qujing, Yunnan province as research region units and the analysis of industrial structure status of the counties in Qujing, this thesis introduces factor analysis method to evaluate the capability of industrial structure transformation of the counties in Qujing, and divides the industrial structure of the counties in Qujing into four groups, which are strong, rather strong, general and poor in accordance with the comprehensive scores. This thesis proposes to formulate the industrial structure policy according to different circumstances and levels of each area; cultivate the growth pole and deepen the regional division; increase the R＆D investment and keep on innovation in order to accelerate the capability of industrial structure transformation.
