环氧氯丙烷对棉织物的接枝改性研究

Study on Graft Modifi cation of Epichlorohydrin on Cotton Fabrics

探讨了环氧氯丙烷对棉织物接枝改性的原理,通过实验分析了环氧氯丙烷对棉织物接枝的影响因素,测试了棉织物接枝前后的接枝率、强力和白度,结果表明:环氧氯丙烷与棉织物发生接枝反应后,重量增加,将接枝前后棉织物采用双氧水漂白,已接枝已漂白棉织物白度最高,同时接枝后其强力有所下降。

This paper probes the theory of graft modification of epichlorohydrin on cotton fabrics, analyzes the influence factors of the graft modification of epichlorohydrin on cotton fabrics, and tests the grafting rates before and after the grafting, the strength and whiteness of cotton fabrics. The result indicates the weight of cotton fabrics increases after grafting, and the grafted cotton fabrics bleached with hydrogen peroxide is the whitest compared with them before grafting, meanwhile the strength of them decreases up to some point.
