摘要
从城市信息流本质出发,提出了智慧城市ISR概念模型,在此基础上分析了包含地理建模、地理监测、地理设计和地理控制四大功能模块的智慧城市云平台技术体系,并讨论了其在城市活动中的动态信息同化模型,进而对当前智慧城市机理及相关技术进行系统分析与总结。
From the nature of city information flow, the Smart City ISR （lnlbrmation world -human Society-Reality world） concept model is proposed as the base of Smart City cloud platform architecture and city dynamic inlbrmation assimilation model, which consist of four major GIS functional modules geo-modeling, geo-monitoring, geo-design and geo-control. In the end, the Smart City mechanism and correlation technology are systematically analyzed and summarized.
