Analysis of IT Governance and Related Concepts

针对我国中小企业特别是传统企业缺乏对IT治理清晰理解的现状,对IT治理的基本概念进行梳理,并比较了相关模型和标准。在此基础上,辨析了IT治理与公司治理、IT管理之间的区别与联系,并给出一个简化的IT治理实施流程供企业参考,以使企业更好地将其付诸实践以提升自身竞争力。

In view of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially traditional enterprises＇ lack of clear understanding of IT governance in our country, this paper reviews the basic concepts of IT governance, and compares the related models and standards. On this basis, this paper analyzes the differences and relations between IT governance, corporate governance and IT management, and presents a simplified IT governance process for enterprise to refer to, in order to make enterprises better put it into practice and improve their own competitiveness.
