针对目前工程档案存档管理模式不能满足数字化建设需求的现状,构建了EDIS项目信息集成平台,详述了该平台运用的工程文档编码规则以及平台主要功能模块,包括:收文管理、发文管理、版本跟踪、文档管理等。该平台很好地取代了原有的线下办公流程,实现了档案管理的数字化和规范化,提高了工作效率。

In view of present status that project file archive management mode can not meet the demand of digitization construction, EDIS project information integration platform is constructed. Engineering document encoding rules and main function modules of this platform are detailed, including receiving document management, dispatching document management, version tracking, document management, etc. This platform has replaced the original offtine office process, realized digitization and standardization of archives management, and improved working efficiency
