基于知识共享的高校教师团队建设与绩效评价研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文通过对影响高校教师团队知识共享的环境因素和个人动机因素的分析,提出了以促进团队知识共享和知识创新为目标的高校教师团队建设策略,并设计了与其相对应的团队绩效评价和个人绩效评价指标体系。
