改革开放以来职业院校教师培养培训制度的变迁——从学校走向企业 被引量:2

摘要 为了贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》,推动职业院校教师队伍建设,构建到企业实践的职业教育教师培养培训体系,提升职业院校办学质量,非常有必要梳理改革开发以来我国职业院校教师培养培训制度变迁历程。改革开放以来,我国相继出台了一系列加强职教师资队伍建设的制度,从依托独立设置的职业技术师范学院和普通高校的职业技术学院为主体的开放职教师资培养培训体系,走向由企业参与的"跨界"的培养培训新模式;从注重学科本位的职前学历教育培养模式,走向企业实践的职后培训新模式。 To implement the National Mid and Long -term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020),and promote the construction of teaching staff in vocational colleges,it is of great significance to sort out the change course of teacher training system in vocational colleges since the beginning of reform and opening-up so as to construct the vocational education teacher training system featuring practicing in en-terprises and improve the vocational education quality.Since the reform and opening-up,the government has released a series of system aiming to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in vocational colleges.The cultivation and training system has shifted from the open vocational education teacher training system attaching to independent normal colleges of vocational technology or regular colleges to the new trans-border system featuring the participation of enterprises,from the pre-service degree training system stressing the degree to the post-service training system stressing the participation of enterprises.
