摘要
在微波辐射下,以对硝基苯酚和氯乙醇为原料,在氢氧化钠的水溶液中合成了对硝基苯氧乙醇,考察了多种因素对产率的影响。得到最佳反应条件为:对硝基苯酚和氯乙醇的摩尔比为1∶2,微波辐射功率为280W,辐射时间为10min,氢氧化钠溶液质量浓度为10%,投料方式对产率影响不大。与常规合成方法相比,此方法是一种快速、简便、高效的绿色合成方法。
p-Nitropenoxy ethanol was synthesized with p-nitrophenol and chlorohydrin in the presence of water solution of sodium hydroxide. The effect of a variety of factors on the yield was studied. The optimum conditions were obtained:the molar ratio of p-nitrophenol to chlorohydrin was 1∶2, microwave power was 280W, irradiation time was 10 min, mass concentration of sodium hydroxide solution was 10%, the impact of feeding way on yield was not big. Compared with the conventional synthesis method, this method characterized by short reaction time, simple as well as green synthesis.
