摘要 渔农家乐经营管理人才的培养是渔农家乐持续健康发展关键因素。目前我国渔农家乐发展存在的诸多问题,缺乏高水平经营管理人才是主要原因。探究渔农家乐经营户对于培训内容的诉求是培养针对性专业人才的必要工作,需要从经营理念、业务能力、政策法规三个层面对渔农家乐经营户实施培训,并结合渔农家乐经营户的实际情况选择相应的培训内容。 The training of healthy development. There are country. The main reason is the fishing & farm house resort management personnel is a key factor for rural areas many problems existing in current fishing & farm house resort development in our lack of high level managers. Exploring the training content of fishing & farm house managers is necessary for the training of specialists in this field. It is needed to train the managers from the three levels: management idea, business ability and policies and regulations, and combining with 'the practical situation of the fishing & farm houses.
